Roof Paint
BAUTER ROOF PAINT is a thermal reflective coating used on roofs. The primary purpose of this coating is to reflect over 90% of the electromagnetic wave energy from the sun, which is associated with heating the roof surface. By reducing the temperature of the roof, the amount of thermal energy that enters the building and eventually reaches its interior is significantly decreased. This also reduces the amount of thermal energy collected and stored in the partition (roof) during a sunny day which would have continued to heat the interior even at night when it is already cool outside. The reduction of thermal energy entering the building results in tangible savings in electricity needed to cool the rooms through air conditioning, both during the day and at night.
BAUTER ROOF PAINT significantly eliminates micro-cracks on the surface of the wall and eliminates thermal bridges which prevent condensation of water vapor and inhibits the formation of mould, fungi, and algae.
